EMDR Consultation.

You want to feel more confident in your EMDR work.

Congratulations on completing your EMDR training! Maybe you recently completed your EMDR training and still find yourself second-guessing sessions, forgetting steps, or wondering, “Am I doing this right?”

Or maybe you’ve been using EMDR for a while, but want to feel more flexible, confident, and grounded in your approach instead of relying so heavily on the protocol or feeling unsure when sessions do not go as planned.

A lot of therapists leave training realizing that learning EMDR and actually using it in real sessions are two very different things.

You deserve support that helps you feel more confident, trust yourself more in sessions, and continue growing as an EMDR therapist no matter where you are in the process.

Hi, I’m Deanna.

Smiling woman resting her arm on a stack of books on a wooden block in a cozy living room with white bookshelves and a sofa in the background.

I'm an EMDRIA Certified EMDR Therapist and Approved Consultant, as well as a Certified Brainspotting Therapist and Consultant. I still remember the mix of excitement and overwhelm I felt after completing my EMDR basic training. What helped the most was getting supportive consultation and experiencing EMDR myself. Doing my own EMDR therapy gave me a deeper understanding of the model and helped me trust the process on a whole new level.

Now, I’m passionate about helping other therapists feel more confident using EMDR in real sessions. My approach is person-centered and trauma-informed, and I love helping therapists find their own flow with the work.

I enjoy teaching creative ways to integrate EMDR, Brainspotting, mindfulness, somatic practices, attachment-focused work, and parts work - tailored to what actually works best for your clients. I’m here to support you in developing your unique style, staying grounded in your values, and never losing sight of our shared humanity - so you feel supported, respected, and empowered.
